Our client is urgently looking for engineers for transporting, producing, loading, and unloading additives for the oil industry.
You will be injecting additives into land tanks, inland vessels, and sea ships at various customers. In addition to the role of engineer, you will also serve as a driver to transport the product from A to B. Flexibility and rapid adaptability are important qualities required to successfully perform this function.
The client provides delivery and operation for customers around the world. They are based in Dordrecht.
The additives produced and supplied by our client are intended to improve or correct the properties of the oil product.

What will you be doing?
As an Engineer, you play a crucial role in technical management within the industry and shipping. You’re not just an engineer, but also take the wheel to deliver the product to the right location. You have at least a B (E) driving license and preferably a CE driving license as well.
Distribution: Engineer 75% / Driver 25%.
Your days are dedicated to executing and optimizing technical processes, whether it’s loading, transporting, and unloading goods or injecting fluids. You are the technical force behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly.
In your world, it’s also about managing documents and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You ensure that everything you do is technically sound and safe.
Whether it’s checking the items you’re transporting, starting machines, or working according to industry and shipping regulations, you are the technical expert who keeps everything running smoothly.

What are the job requirements?
- You have at least a B driving license. You are willing to obtain the BE license.
- Having a CE driving license is an advantage.
- You possess a valid VCA certificate.
- Having a valid flange certificate and/or ADR certificate (basic and tank) is an advantage. If you don’t have it, you are willing to obtain this certificate.
- Preferably, you have at least 2 years of experience working at a terminal or in a similar position.
- You have a very good command of the English language in speech and writing. If you speak Dutch, German, and/or Spanish, it is an advantage.
