For our client in the Gouda region, we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor.
Our client is a professional and down-to-earth company active in the green, groundworks, and infrastructure sector. They work with modern equipment and maintain short communication lines.
What can you expect from us?
A gross monthly salary between €3.000 – €3.500
A full-time position

What will you be doing?
As a Workshop Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations within the workshop.
Your tasks include:
Coordinating and planning activities
Supporting and guiding mechanics
Monitoring progress and overview
Managing parts and materials
Contact with suppliers
Identifying technical needs
You ensure that people and resources are used efficiently.

Good communicator
Able to switch quickly between tasks
What are the job requirements?
Good command of the Dutch language
Technical understanding
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience in a workshop environment
Full-time availability
Driving licence B is a plus
Flexible attitude (due to busy summer period)
