What will you be doing?
As a Work Planner, you play a crucial role in preparing and coordinating projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Evaluating work requests and creating comprehensive project files, including drawings.
- Determining project duration, methods, and alternatives in collaboration with the team.
- Conducting inspections and inventories of demolition objects and materials.
- Requesting, evaluating, and comparing quotations for materials and subcontractors.
- Drafting schedules for manpower and equipment and ensuring efficient setup of project sites.
- Assembling site documentation and preparing execution plans in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contributing to a safe and environmentally conscious working environment by proposing improvements and developing work methods.
Who are you?
You are someone who thrives on creating structure and organizing every detail. Additionally, you have:
- At least an MBO-4 diploma, preferably in civil engineering, environmental studies, or cultural engineering.
- Certifications such as BRL SIKB 7000 and VCA Basic (preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in projects involving (water) soil remediation or contaminated land.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations (Wbb, RAW, UAV, UAV-GC).
- Competencies such as accuracy, customer focus, and decisiveness.
What are the job requirements?
- MBO-4 degree or equivalent work and thinking level, preferably in civil engineering, environmental technology, or similar fields.
- Experience with environmental regulations, including BRL SIKB 7000, and protocols for soil remediation and water management.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in remediation projects (soil or water) or with contaminated sites.
- Familiarity with project management tools, planning, and coordination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude towards health, safety, and environmental concerns.
- Knowledge of the latest version of RAW standard terms, including UAV and UAV-GC.
