We are looking for a Technical Maintenance Worker for a big shortsea terminal in Rotterdam (Europoort). You will work in a fixed team and help with mechanical work on large cranes and machines.

Salary between €2,850 and €3,350 gross per month (depends on your experience and certificates).
Possibility of a permanent contract after a successful trial period.

What will you be doing?
You help with the maintenance and repair of big cranes and spreaders (lifting tools). You work outside with your team and make sure everything works safely and smoothly.
A normal day starts with a short meeting. Then you do inspections, fix problems, change parts, and do oil and grease work.
Your tasks:
- Mechanical repair work on cranes and spreaders
- Weekly work with the spreader group
- Greasing and small maintenance on cranes
- Keeping your work area safe and clean
Who are you?
You like technical work and working with your hands. You are not afraid to work outside, also when the weather is not perfect. You feel responsible for your job and work in a safe and clean way. You don’t need crane experience — we will teach you.
What are the job requirements?
- Experience with mechanical work (as a mechanic or technician)
- You can work independently
- You are willing to work outside
- You have a VCA certificate or want to get one
- You speak basic Dutch or English
- Driving license (B) is a plus
- You live near Rotterdam or Europoort
