Can you keep things running smoothly?
We’re looking for a hands-on cable installer for a full-time job at a production company in the Delft area. You’ll be working in a technical production environment, helping to pull, lay and guide cables in and around machines and equipment. This is shift work, and you’ll need a valid VCA certificate to work safely.
What can you expect from us?
A gross hourly wage of €15.32, plus rotating shift- and overtime allowances.
Possibility of a permanent contract based on performance.
A full-time position with long-term prospects.
Work in rotating shifts.
If you have the ambition to follow a course/training, we will help you along the way.

What will you be doing?
- Pulling, laying and guiding cables through machines and systems
- Installing cable trays and setting up cable routes
- Helping mechanics with their tasks
- Finishing and checking cable installations neatly
- Following safety rules at all times
Who are you?
You enjoy working in a technical and active environment. You’re a team player, pay attention to details, and like to get stuck in. You follow instructions carefully and are flexible with shift work.
What are the job requirements?
- A valid VCA certificate (required)
- A driving licence (B) (required)
- Full-time availability and willing to work in shifts
- Good Dutch and/or English
- Technical understanding and physically fit
- Experience with cable installation is a bonus
- You’re reliable, accurate, and practical
