What will you be doing?

As an Administrative Assistant, you support the organisation with administrative and financial tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

Processing administrative data
Preparing and handling invoices
Preparing payments
Checking documents and information

Contact with colleagues and suppliers
General administrative duties

You ensure everything is handled accurately and efficiently

Administratively strong

Comfortable with financial tasks

What are the job requirements?

  • MBO+ or HBO level of education (secondary vocational or higher professional education)
  • Good command of the Dutch language
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with invoicing is a plus
  • Full-time availability
  • Experience with Office / administrative systems
  • Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written – English is a plus
  • Living in the Gouda region
